| Nowadays,more and more enterprises join into the international market,developing EPC projects.Developing the international EPC project can help the enterprises expand and consolidate the overseas market.The enterprises can use the local resources to save project cost.It is better for multiple businesses,and gaining more resources.Equipments and materials are the foundation for the EPC project.The cost percentage of the equipments and materials accounts more than 50% for the whole cost in the project.Whether the varieties,specifications,quantity,quality,performance and so on can reach to the requirements of the project,whether the equipments and materials can be delivered to the site on time,or be damaged whether or not directly influence the schedule,quality and cost management aim,and then influence the effect and profit of the project.The quantity of the equipments and materials in the EPC project is large.It has the nature of species diversity,source universality.The transportation is long distance,many links,hard to be classified and done the custom clearance.It faces complex environment outside.Risk factors are in large number and changeable.So it is necessary to do the risk management using scientific and normalized method.This thesis takes the transportation work as a project,use risk management theory and methods,combine international transportation and insurance theory,international trade theory,commodity classify criterion,FIDIC terms and so on.Using the WBS method,Brainstorming method,Delphic technology to identify the risk entirely,including both direct risks and indirect risks which are neglected easily.And suggest two ways to do the Qualitative identify.Then propose risk classification management strategy.Provide suitable transportation risk management plan for the enterprises taking part in international EPC project from both macroscopic and microcosmic point of view. |
