With the warming of car ownership continuously,the environmental pollution has increased in China,and the air quality of some cities has become extremely severe,and the proportion of haze attacks has increased year by year.Therefore,it is very significant for the environmental protection to control and reduce the exhaust emission of private cars,high standards of emission test scheme can push that the car exhaust emissions reduce harmful gas emissions to the environment,and the certification of the vehicle exhaust emissions and fuel consumption showed that it is very significant for authentication scheme to do the graph of vehicle performance with vehicle performance curve of the emission test scheme.Yinchuan is located in the middle of Ningxia plain of northwest district in China,there are flat roads,strong wind and more sand,and there is less slope,and distinctive feature of regions is long day and short night.Targeting a point,the paper takes the car of Yinchuan as an example,studies the actual operation condition of the vehicle in a typical urban road traffic environment,and establish the running condition of private vehicle's representative in Yinchuan.Firstly,the paper did an experiment on actual road of vehicles.The article was based on the investigation of the traffic in Yinchuan,and was guided by the statistical analysis method,planned and designed test scheme of urban road with the vehicle test coverage route,the test vehicle requirements,test equipment and test technology framework.The paper made some tests of real vehicles and real fields for test vehicle,and got parameters data of vehicle characteristic such as the actual running speed and engine speed of light vehicles in Yinchuan.And the paper also got geographic parameters such as latitude,longitude and the atmospheric pressure.Then driving characteristics of road vehicles in Yinchuan were analyzed and the characteristic parameters that reflect the driving conditions of automobiles were extracted.Based on this,the original experimental data were pretreated by using the kinematics fragment screening principle,and the programming of kinematics segmentation was carried out by MATLAB.The matrix of kinematic segments and characteristic parameters were carried out dimensional analysis by using principal component analysis.The improved k-means clustering algorithm was used to classify the vehicle driving conditions in Yinchuan.With the weight coefficient of the three speed ranges including low speed,medium speed and high speed,according to the time proportion of three different working conditions in the total segment,the paper can determine the required short duration.The overall construction of the road driving conditions of Yinchuan was carried out by using kinematic fragment method and classification method.The paper established the vehicle representative driving conditions of Yinchuan,and compared with the driving conditions of foreign regulations and the driving conditions of some cities in China,the paper evaluated and analyzed the typical driving conditions of Yinchuan.Finally,the RDE curve was used to test exhaust of vehicle and consumption of fuel,and the vehicle emission pollutant was analyzed by the velocity analysis method.By researching and analysing,the data display that the duration of vehicle driving conditions in Yinchuan is 1257 s,the operating distance is 8.34 km and the average speed is 24.87 km/h.By comparing vehicle driving condition in Yinchuan with working condition of laws and regulations,it is found that the vehicle driving conditions of Yinchuan are in good agreement with the data of actual collection,and the characteristics of working condition of laws and regulations are seriously deviated from the actual working conditions.The emission of actual road of test vehicles was tested,and the emission of CO,CO2 and NOx was 133.05 g,18661.03 g,4.338 g,and the fuel consumption of 100 km was 6.899 L/100km.In addition,the relative errors of NEDC operating conditions,WLTC operating conditions and vehicle operating conditions in Yinchuan city were calculated,and the results were 32.61%,32.32%and 3.48%respectively.It indicates that the fuel consumption of vehicles driving conditions in Yinchuan is closer to the real fuel consumption level than the NEDC and WLTC,thus,it provides basic theory knowledge and effective data for exhaust of vehicle and consumption of fuel in Yinchuan,and offers reasonable and accurate data to the exploitation of Chinese working conditions.
