Research On The Performance Evaluation Of J Construction Enterprise Working Capital Management In The Perspective Of Supply Chain

Working capital operation is the foundation of the whole capital operation of the company.In the complex and changeable competitive environment,the performance of working capital is very important to the company's performance and survival.Due to the rapid development of economy in our country,all walks of life all show a thriving vitality,especially in the construction industry such as housing construction gradually occupy a larger share in the market,competition phenomenon is more obvious.As a core part of the construction industry in the production and business operation,working capital is the enterprise's biggest weakness,to maintain normal production,profits are will management to solve this problem properly.With the development of science and technology,the old funds management mode has not adapted to new type of enterprise competition environment,therefore,the new operation for matching with the modern social development fund management theory and service mode is an urgent problem.In this paper,on the basis of literature research at home and abroad,using theoretical analysis,industry research and case study,the method of combining innovation from the aspects of supply chain,the management of working capital in the construction industry performance evaluation of the role of a discussion,combined with the actual case,in order to analyze J operating funds management problems of the company,its production activities involved in each link of the supply chain performance management has made the research,discusses the causes of problems,thus put forward the optimization scheme,help J company improve profitability and anti-risk ability.The innovation of this article is from the perspective of supply chain to carry on the research and application of working capital management,the system analyzed J company's working capital management performance,and presents a efficient and reasonable solution,and thus to other construction enterprises provides reference when appear this kind of problem.
