Research On G Enterprise Working Capital Management Based On Supply Chain

The level of working capital management plays an important role in the sustainable development of enterprises.It runs through the whole process of purchase,production and marketing.With the integration of supply chain management theory in enterprise management,the management of working capital has been promoted to a strategic level,and new breakthroughs have been made in management concept,management method and management means.Based on the theory of supply chain and working capital management,this paper analyzes the current situation of G enterprise’s working capital management with the traditional mode,selects the financial data of G enterprise in 2014~2018 to calculate the indicators,through the analysis of each indicator,has a general understanding of its working capital management level,and then from the perspective of supply chain Analyze the working capital management level of each link.G enterprise has adopted some strategies in the construction of supply chain,such as strict supplier procurement strategy,expanding the industrial chain to the production of upstream parts,implementing lean management within the enterprise and establishing regional joint-stock sales company in marketing means.But through the analysis,we find that these strategies also have some problems.Through the analysis of three or four chapters,this paper finds that the working capital management strategy of G enterprise has great defects,the turnover period of accounts payable is too long,which is not conducive to the establishment of long-term cooperation with suppliers,the inventory management mode is not advanced enough,the production mode needs to be improved,the marketing mode has great limitations,and the incentive policies for employees are lacking.In view of these problems,this paper proposes specific improvement measures based on the concept of supply chain.In the procurement process,we should strengthen cooperation with upstream suppliers,carry out classified management of suppliers,and implement the mode of supplier management inventory;in the internal supply chain management,we should adopt the mode of combination of lean production and pull production,and take effective incentive mode for employees;in the downstream supply chain,we should implement overall planning and management for regional sales companies andspecialty stores In addition to the innovation of offline sales mode,the online sales mode should be improved.Through the case analysis of G enterprise,it can effectively improve the working capital management level of G enterprise,and at the same time,it can also provide some reference for China’s home appliance manufacturing industry in working capital management...
