In recent years,with the continuous development of power industry,SF6gas,as primary insulating medium,has widely been used in high-voltage circuit breakers,transformers,insulated switchgear instead of traditional insulating oil.However,after the long-term use of these devices,it is inevitable to appear partial discharge or even gas leakage.The leakage of SF6gas will affect the insulation level of equipment and lead it not to work.At same time,it also damage the on-site staff life and property.Thus,the strict monitoring of the density of SF6 gas in the insulation equipment is a significant guarantee for its safe operation.In this paper,a portable detector for SF6 gas density,based on STM32F103,is designed.The hardware is based on STM32F103.It use high precision current-type pressure sensor and temperature sensor to monitor pressure and temperature of device.ADS1148 converts the analog signals collected by sensor to digital signals.Then,MCU(Microcontroller Unit)calculates and controls the digital signals.Finally,the LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)displays the density of SF6 gas in real time.In addition,the instrument uses repeater to extend the local area network and increase the number of nodes.It improves the reliability of signal transmission.In this design,GPRS(General Packet Radio Service)is used to realize the remote query and monitoring of the data.When the data is abnormal,wrong information will be sent to technical staff,which will ensure the normal operation of GIS(GAS isolated SWITCHGEAR)equipment.The software system is mainly composed of control program and data processing program.C language is used to program.The modular design makes it flexible and convenient for the latter processing and maintenance of the equipment.The final experimental results show that the instrument can monitor the density of SF6 gas with high accuracy and instantaneity.It provides a reliable guarantee for the safe operation of GIS equipment. |
