Electro-hydraulic conversion elements, including electro-hydraulic servo valve, proportional valve, servo pump and proportional pump, are important conjunction components in electromechanical hydraulic equipments, which used to connect electronic technology and hydraulic technology. Once they break down, that will not only affect the normal running of equipment and result in economic losses, even may cause serious production accidents. Therefore, to test and maintain those elements periodically have important realistic meaning for enterprises. However, for those different elements, the composing of test systems is different, and adopted measure control instruments are different too. If enterprises set up test systems for all elements, that will be uneconomical and unreasonable, it's the same to manufacturing companies producing those kinds of elements. In view of this, a way was proposed in this paper that each element's test system is regarded as that it is composed of some general hardware modules and some software modules. So, some special functional oil-circuit modules, hardware measure-control modules and soft measure-control modules library were developed. By only jointing the needed oil-circuit modules hardware modules with some pipelines, and linking functional modules of library with LabVIEW7.1 tool, the experimentalist could set up any kind of element's test system rapidly.At first, the modularization scheme of test system of electro-hydraulic conversion elements was introduced. After analyzed several kinds of typical test circuit of electro-hydraulic conversion elements, drawn units with the same function in oil circuit, oil circuit modules were developed. After analyzed hardware control test system, hardware measure-control modules were designed.And then, considered questions of encapsulation and expansion of the software module, soft measure-control modules were developed by use of LabVIEW7.1 tool. And it has introduced such several kinds of typical modules as Data acquisition, Controller, Frequency spectrum analysis and remote data transmission, etc. in detail.Finally, modularization systems of electro-hydraulic servo valve and electro-hydraulic proportional variable pump were set up by use of hardware modules and soft modules. It has showed that those developed modules have good universality and reliability such as Data acquisition, filter-mean, etc. And due to develop the Data link module, datum could be shown dynamically. And due to adopting remote transmission module, data among electro-hydraulic variable pump's vibration test could realize remote transmission.It has also indicated adopting the modularization system could reduce the experimentation cost, improve the experimental efficiency and accuracy; due to good expansibility and combinability, also they could be applied in experiment of hydraulic and pneumatic elements controlled by switch.
