Research On Resilience Of Container Port Group Under Unconventional Emergency

The development of port is significant in national economy and the port container throughput has a direct relationship with trade growth trend.When attacked by unconventional enmergencies,the port and its radiation area will have caused great damage.This paper makes an in-depth study on the network resilience of container port group from the perspertive of port group cooperation and win-win situation.Firstly,based on the previous research and literature review,combined with the characteristics of port group network,this paper defines the network resilience aimming at minimizing the unsatisfied demand of the network.Then,based on the target of rapid response to market demand,the port group emergency network is constructed,and the network emergency mechanism is analyzed in detail.And then,to the port group as the main body in the decision-making,the management committee establishes the optimization model of network resilience,and designs the emergency demand response plan,through the coordination of information and the integration of resources of hub port and its hinterland,in order to response to the market demand efficiently and to improve the network resilience.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the network resilience optimization model are verified by the analysis of the container port group in liaoning province.And management highlights are provided for the emergency decision of the port group.
