As a product of the new energy era,electric vehicles are of great significance to protect the environment and save resources.As a necessary condition for the promotion of electric vehicles,the supporting charging infrastructure restricts the development of electric vehicle industry to a large extent,so it is imperative to build a large number of charging piles.However,in the process of popularizing the construction of charging pile facilities,there is a lack of unified standards and a high compatibility monitoring management system to realize the reasonable management of charging piles in the areaIn view of the research status and insufficiency of the charging pile monitoring system on the market,this paper proposes the application of wireless sensor network and intelligent terminal in charging pile information management system,and designs a DC charging pile information management system based on WSN.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The research background and significance of the subject are introducede and the development status of the charging pile information management system at home and abroad is analyzed.In view of the shortcomings of the charging pile information management system in the current market,the paper combines the wireless sensor network technology with the mobile terminal of the mobile phone,and proposes the design of a charging pile information management system based on the WSN.(2)The research object is DC charging pile,and the application is the charging station of parking lot According to the characteristics of system application objects and application scenarios,the demand analysis of the charging pile imformation management system and the comparison and selection of design schemes are carried out.Specifically,the comparison and selection of wireless communication technology,DC current measurement technology and DC voltage measurement technology are discussed.Finally,the overall design scheme of distributed DC charging pile information management system based on WSN is completed.(3)According to the overall design of the system,the corresponding hardware design of the charging pile information management system is completed.This paper selects five parameters,that is temperature,charging current,voltage,charging power and user information,which can well reflect the running state of charging pile and consumer consumption informatioa The five parameters are taken as the acquisition object of the data acquisition node,and the corresponding sensor selection and conditioning circuit design are performed.Then the system is designed for the wireless sensor network,including the hardware design of terminal node and gateway module.The terminal node and the coordinator node are netted by ZigBee protocol.Finally,the design of the power supply stabilizer module is completed.(4)Software Design of Charging Pile Information Management System.In order to ensure that tbe hardware part of tbe desilgn woks smoothly,the corresponding software part must be designed,The software part of designing the terminal node and the coordinator node in this Paper is written by EW of IAR company and completed under the Z?Stack protocol stack;the upper computer interface for the staff is written on NI Lab View software.The mobile terminal APP for the user is developed on tbe Eclipse platform based on the Android system,which can well ensure the operation of the hardware part.(5)The results and performance of DC charging pile information management system are been tested The main contents include ZigBee networking test,GPRS module data transmission flow test,host computer function test and mobile terminal APP test The result of the experimental shows that the information management system of DC cbarging pile designed in this paper basically meets the original intention of design,which has certain practical significance for the popularization of charging piles.
