Charging piles provide power supply for the electric car operation, is an important foundation support system, and the important link in the process of commercialization, industrialization.At present, our country charging equipment is less, lag charging infrastructure construction restricts the application of electric cars. And with the popularity of electric cars, electric vehicle charging pile is essential energy services infrastructure which treat electric cars as the application object after mass commercialization of electric cars. They need a lot of construction in that the monitoring of its management also is more and more important. In order to achieve energy conservation and emissions reduction, we will promote applications of electric vehicles; To promote application of electric vehicle charging infrastructure we will built a lot of construction, promoting the construction of charging equipment supporting facilities at the same time, their monitoring and management system research is one of the most primary demand.This paper studies the WSN (wireless sensor network), and the characteristics of charging pile distribution, a charging pile monitoring management system solutions. Characteristics of ZigBee and GPRS technology is studied, the ZigBee low power consumption, flexible networking and the characteristics of convenient installation, strong mobility and GPRS as low cost, always online, real-time high characteristic, the Sink node of wireless sensor network is designed. Using QT charging terminal man-machine interactive interface is designed, and by the owners of the RFID technology to achieve the identification, charging balance identification and qualification determination, the terminal platform realizes charging pile of condition monitoring and process control. Via main functions of the system debugging, the results showed that:in this paper, combining the ZigBee and GPRS technology of charging pile monitoring management system management system’s overall design scheme, using ZigBee technology suitable for short distance and the advantage of GPRS technology in remote monitoring, construction of the communication between complementary advantages of wireless sensor networks, network control expanded to the whole wireless remote data transmission and monitoring. Charging at the same time, the design of the pile of consumer terminal system, man-machine interface, database management system, completed the charging piles of data acquisition, analysis, implement the charging pile of condition monitoring and process control. The system with ZigBee technology networking flexible, low cost, power consumption is small, simple network structure, mobility strong characteristic, can help the electric car and charging pile the rapid popularization and application. |
