With the development of social economy,the speed of mobile phones replacement has been shortened from 3-5 years to 18 months,directly resulting in a sharp increase in the number of mobile phones eliminated.The data survey shows that the current China's old mobile phone recovery is only 2%,a large number of old mobile phones are in idle state.Based on the theory of extended producer responsibility,this paper takes the mobile phone closed-loop supply network optimization as the research content,taking the logistics total cost minimization as the target,firstly constructs distribution center location model with on-equal radius of the closed-loop supply network.On this basis,considering the service level of the supply network and introducing the restriction of distribution radius,distribution center location with equal radius of the closed-loop supply network is constructed.Through two types of models,we can get:(1)the optimal cost of logistics system(2)the optimal number of distribution centers(3)the locations of distribution centers(4)the relative scale of each distribution center(5)the service level of the whole supply network(6)the allocation between distribution centers and retail store(7)handset output per manufacturing plant,remanufacturing quantity(8)the flow among the facilities.Research find:(1)With the increase of the quantity of distribution centers,the system construction cost increases,the transportation cost decreases,when the construction cost of the distribution centers reaches the balance,it becomes the optimal cost of the system.(2)In the same data background,the total cost of the non-equal radius model is less than the equal radius model,and the supply network service level of the equal radius model is higher than the non-equal radius model.The reason is that the non-equal radius model introduces the service level constraint and optimizes the network under the precondition of guaranteeing the service level.Therefore,the total cost will increase and the service level will be improved.(3)The location optimization model has a good expansibility,combined with the corresponding data,we can apply it to other industry logistics network optimization.
