| With the rapid development of economy,the environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.A large number of industrial wastes were discharged and the simple treatment of waste materials seriously damaged the ecological environment and human health,so people pay more attention to sustainable development.In order to alleviate the contradiction between economic development,environmental protection and social development,more and more manufacturing enterprises begin to implement the strategy of sustainable development.The establishment of reverse logistics system is an important measure to realize the sustainable development of manufacturing enterprises,because the remanufactured products not only have economic value,but also have environmental and social value.At present,the research on sustainable supply chain has attracted the attention of some scholars,but the existing literature on quantitative research of sustainable supply chain optimization problems most related only to the economic and environmental dimensions,only a handful of literatures building the model of considering the economic,environmental and social three dimensions.At the same time,the research on sustainable reverse logistics system of manufacturing enterprises is in the initial stage.Therefore,it has important theoretical and practical significance to study the construction of reverse logistics recycling system under sustainable development.Based on the above research background,this paper mainly focuses on the location and distribution problem of the closed-loop supply chain which the manufacturing enterprises as the core part.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)Sustainable closed-loop supply chain location-distribution optimization model under single period.With sustainable development as the goal,this paper will study the locationdistribution problem of reverse logistics system based on the existing logistics distribution network of manufacturing enterprises.First,this paper selects the cost,carbon emission and the creation of job opportunities as the optimization target of sustainable closed-loop supply chain location-distribution optimization model under single period.And then,the paper considers the uncertainty of market demand,the quantity and quality of recovery products.Using the fuzzy number to describe the uncertain factors and fuzzy chance constrained method to construct the model.Also,the confidence level of fuzzy chance constraints are used as decision maker’s attitude towards the risk of constraints.At last,the model of multiobjective fuzzy programming is constructed for the location-distribution of sustainable closed-loop supply chain under single period.And using ε-constraint method to convert the multi-objective model into a single objective model.(2)A location-distribution model under multi-period for sustainable closed-loop supply chain based on the expected cost-absolute deviation is constructed.First,in order to be closer to the reality,this paper extends the single period model to multiple periods.A predefined percent of demand from each demand market in the previous period is assumed as returned products from corresponding customer in the current period,and the distribution center’s inventory is considered.Then,in order to control the risk of the model in fuzzy environment,the risk attitude of decision makers on the objective function value is measured by the method of expect-absolute deviation.At last,the paper establishes the sustainable closed-loop supply chain location-distribution expect-absolute deviation multi-objective optimization model under multi-period.Also using the ε-constraint method to convert the multi-objective model into a single objective model.(3)Based on the relevant operational data of Shenyang Aerospace Mitsubishi Company,the model was solved and verified its validity.The paper analyses the impact of the three indicators of sustainability on the decisions of closed-loop supply chain location-distribution problem by trading off the objectives of cost,carbon emissions and create job opportunities.At the same time,the sensitivity analysis of several important parameters is carried out in order to analyze the influence of the relevant decisions.And the conclusions can provide some decision basis for the enterprise managers.In this paper,the optimization problem of sustainable closed-loop supply chain locationdistribution under uncertain environment is the enrichment and supplement to the previous studies.The numerical example and sensitivity analysis show that the model can better meet the realistic background and cope with the uncertainty of risk.And it has an important theoretical and practical significance which provides some guidings for the decision making of manufacturing enterprises. |
