Along with growing popularity of green cars,the electric vehicle market in China is going to meet the peak period of power battery scrap.It's time to figure out a way to recycle the waste power batteries properly.Based on full investigation about the developing predicaments and the status quo on recycling business,it's noticed that there is an urgent need to establish a recycling system for waste power batteries compatible with the development of green-car market in China.Therefore,this study selects the location-allocation problem as a research issue,emphasizing on improving recycling rate,to build a sustainable closed-loop supply chain for power-battery industry alliance at a lower cost,pursuing better environmental benefits.The main research content of this article is as follows:(1)Through collecting relevant literatures and information,this study gains insights into the characteristics of domestic power battery recycling problems,and clarifies a research idea for the two network optimization problems of the recycling network and the sustainable supply chain,collecting power battery life cycle assessment data,and constructing a reverse supply chain focusing on battery recycling and a closed-loop supply chain that runs through the entire life cycle of the batteries.(2)In view of multi-level and wide coverage of the recycling network,this study proposes a mixed-integer nonlinear programming model to solve the location-allocation problem.The introduced algorithm,Modified Plant Growth Simulation Algorithm,improves the solution by broadening the search scope and removing inferior growing points,and has been verified to be stable and high-efficiency.(3)From the standpoint of the responsible departments,this research proposes a power battery closed-loop supply chain,and uses a disassembly tree to comb the flows of batteries,modules and cells.Has introduced the theory of sustainable supply chain,this research presents three objective functions separately to reduce construction and operation cost of the chain,to reduce the negative environmental effects of power batteries,and to increase power battery recycling rate.This research takes the green-car market in the eastern part of China as a case study to provide a supply chain construction plan,and analyzes the calculation results' practical significance combined with the government policies,identifying the recycling impediments and giving reasonable advice.
