Nowadays,since electric energy has become widely used and enormously consumed in ordinary life of people,it is much more of importance to collect and monitor the electric quantity.However,it is not nearly enough to acquire the power usage of the users only by electric energy meter or the other measuring instruments.Thus,it is necessary to monitor and supervise the consumption of every household electric applicant from each room of the users' house and to realize real-time query and data transmission of the power usage of the belongings.Considering above problems,this paper researches and designs an electric quantity acquisition system which integrates sensor technology,wireless communication technology,website development technology and database technology.As a supplement to electric energy meter,this system is able to realize the measurement and acquisition,data processing and data management of user's power quantity,which mainly consists of two parts in the perspective of system functions: the electric quantity acquisition device and the electric quantity acquisition information management platform.In order to realize the acquisition,storage,and display of the electric quantity,the electric quantity acquisition device adopts a design scheme of appropriative electric energy metering chip and MCU.And meanwhile,it applies the WIFI wireless transmission module to transmit various data collected by the electric quantity acquisition device to the server-side through the Internet.The power metering chip of the device is ADE7757,which is a kind of single-phase power metering chip.The MCU is STM32F103C8T6.This article has completed the design of both hardware and software and the debugging of each module of this device as well.Finally,the function of communication of the electric quantity acquisition device has successfully passed the overall test.The electric quantity acquisition information management platform adopts B/S architecture as the development framework and PHP language as the development language,which is developed by the WAMP integration software.First of all,this paper starts with the analysis of demand and designs the functional modules and use case diagrams of the platform.And then,the database of the platform is designed.Finally,the detailed design of each functional module is completed.The platform mainly realizes administrators' management of users and users' management of device.Through the electric quantity acquisition information management platform,the collected electric quantity data can be sorted out and analyzed.Then it is so convenient that this platform can help users to view the details and the report of electricity information.As the number of users on the platform increases to a certain quantity,the administrator can calculate and predict the power consumption and the electric load from the users by building an appropriate data mining model.After the implementation of the electric quantity acquisition device and the electric quantity acquisition information management platform,the device is calibrated and the accuracy of the device is quantified through field testing.As a results,the accuracy of the electric power collection device is about 1 percent and the accuracy level is grade 1.0.Overall,the design goals of the wireless electric quantity acquisition system are in line with expectations both in terms of functionality and performance.
