Temperature is an important physical parameter,which can directly reflect the success of the production process and the extent of the production process.Therefore,the temperature must be strictly monitored.First,the temperature in the production equipment must be accurately measured.It is also necessary to accurately monitor the temperature in the physical and chemical processes of production equipment.It is of great significance to achieve universal temperature monitoring in many fields.There are many problems existing in the existing instruments,such as many communication protocols,poor coordination functions,low universality and common difficulties in many fields.A universal infrared temperature monitor is designed and implemented in this paper.On the basis of realizing the good communication function,a complete and reliable system is designed and a prototype is produced.The communication part adopts the MODBUS TCP/IP protocol,that is,the communication function of the whole system is realized through WIFI,and the stability is high,and good docking can be achieved between the various platforms and the equipment.The system is divided into two parts: the lower computer and the host computer.STM32F103 is the core of the system.The lower computer hardware circuit has two power supply modes: lithium battery and Micro USB.It mainly completes the data collection of MLX90614 heat source infrared temperature measurement,VL53L0 X laser distance measurement and DS18B20 environment temperature measurement.It has manual / automatic measurement mode,and has the functions of alarm,Flash storage,OLED display and so on.The embedded system adopts FreeRTOS and carries out data communication through ESP8266-12 F under WIFI.Finally,the PCB is designed.The host computer uses QT to write UI interface and uses SQLite lightweight database.After the WIFI connection is successful,the time calibration and the empty packet communication test are started,and then the login monitoring system can be registered.The system can complete the functions of drawing the temperature line diagram,setting the sampling period,setting the temperature of early warning,selecting the means of mean calculation,the temperature alarm and the Excel data query and export.At last,a prototype is made.After completing the design,programming and debugging of the whole temperature monitor system,the function test proves that the prototype has reached the design requirements,and has good communication ability,and it can work steadily and have good human-computer interaction.
