With the change of power supply structure and social power consumption structure,thepeak load regulation of power grid is becoming more and more serious.The thermal power units has taken the main task of peak load regulation,and the wind power abandoning rate has remained high,and the number of hours of nuclear power equipment utilization that undertakes the base load has begun to decline.Meanwhile,the pumped storage hydro(PSH)station with excellent peak load regulation performance is not fully utilized because of its unreasonable electricity price mechanism.In order to further improve the utilization rate of PSH,relieve the pressure of peak load regulation and accommodation the wind power and nuclear power in the system,the loss of PSH is dredged on the basis of the current two-part electricity price.First,the paper use the theory of centralized bidding to design the trading mechanism of PSH and wind power-thermal power-nuclear power for the deep load regulation,and explain the trading mechanism.Secondly,based on the cost-benefit analysis method,this paper establishes the income model of each transaction subject,and studies the profitability of PSH,thermal power,wind power and nuclear power,analyzes the enthusiasm of their respective transactions,and makes clear the feasibility of the trading mechanism.Then,the bidding ability of each generating unit is analyzed,and it is pointed out that the trading mechanism is the most competitive power for wind power,followed by nuclear power,and the last is the thermal power units with low energy consumption.Therefore,the trading mechanism can optimize the allocation of power generation resources.Finally,the paper analyzes the impact of long term operation of transaction mechanism on system economy.In the low valley,the wind power,nuclear power and high quality thermal power units supply power to the PSH.PSH can replace the high energy consumption power generation in the peak time,so it has the coal saving effect.In addition,the long-term operation of the trading mechanism can reduce the capacity of thermal power in the system,reduce the peak-valley difference of the system equivalently,which improve the load rate of the thermal power units,and improve the economy of the system.The calculation results show that the trading mechanism is feasible and effective.It can improve the utilization rate of pumped storage power station in the system,which can promote the long-term healthy development of PSH.Meanwhile,which can fully play its rolein peak shaving and valley filling,and encourage the thermal power units to actively participate in peak regulation,promote the system to eliminate wind power and nuclear power,and effectively alleviate the current severe situation of peak load regulation.Therefore,this trading mechanism can improve the overall operating economy of the system.
