The Study On The Protection And Transformation Design Of Li House In Qingdao

Li House in Qingdao is a commercial and residential building which is developed under the influence of the Western apartment and the local courtyard house.Li House appeared in the period of German occupation in the early twentieth Century.It is one of the most important residential buildings in the first half of the twentieth Century in the Qingdao city.The Li House in Qingdao has witnessed the development of Qingdao and the change of society.It is still in use and has historical and cultural value,social value and tourist commercial value.With the change of the living demand,the number of Li House is decreasing.The existing Li house is the main historical building in the historic city of Qingdao,but the contradiction between the historical value and the social demand is prominent,the condition of protection is worrying and the demand for transformation is prominent.This dissertation first analyzes the protection and transformation cases of historical residence in domestic and oversea,and summarizes and rethinks the development of domestic related buildings and blocks in china,and extracts the theory and development trend that can be used for reference.Secondly,this dissertation sums up the characteristics and value of the Li House in Qingdao by literature study and field research,and studies the development direction of the Li House in combination with the existing protection and reconstruction cases.On the basis of case analysis,theoretical research and current situation investigation,this dissertation probes into the principles and methods of housing protection and reconstruction design in Li House.Then,the research is carried out from three aspects: pattern orientation,protection strategy and transformation method.Finally,this dissertation takes a typical Li House as an example to make a further attempt at different reconstruction models and try to design a concrete Li House.In this dissertation,based on the current demand of the Li House in Qingdao,combined with the analysis and summary of relevant cases,this dissertation makes a thorough research on the design method of protection and reconstruction in Li House,aiming at realizing the pluralistic,multi-layer and dynamic sustainable development of the Li House in Qingdao,and provide reference for the development of historical housing in other parts of China.
