As a new type of laying the municipal pipe network,the city comprehensive pipe galleryhas been booming,with the acceleration of the country's urbanization process and the improvement of the level of domestic infrastructure construction.The comprehensive pipe gallery as a pipeline complex,its structural safety is the basic guarantee to ensure the safe operation of internal pipelines,so it is of great significance to carry out structural health monitoring of it.In view of the particularity of the pipe gallery structure and the complexity of the pipeline inside the pipe gallery,the fiber Bragg grating sensor has become the first choice for the structural health monitoring of the pipe gallery due to its excellent performance.The first chapter is the introduction.It firstly introduces the role,meaning,composition,and classification of the comprehensive pipe gallery,and summarizes the domestic and international construction of it;Secondly,the structural features and common structural diseases of the comprehensive pipe gallery are summarized,and the hazards of the disease are analyzed,and then the necessity of structural health monitoring of comprehensive pipeline gallery is put forward;The development status of settlement monitoring technology and the fiber grating sensor with superior performance is stated and then it puts forward the difficult problems on the structural health monitoring of the pipe gallery;Finally,the main research contents of this paper are drawn.In chapter 2,a fiber Bragg grating static force level that can be used for the settlement measurement of structures was developed.The form and principle of the components required for the development of the static force level are described,and the package principle of fiber Bragg grating and the design principle of the static force level are explained.The measurement principle of the single static force level and the entire static force level system are derived in theory,and it introduces the main structure of the static force level in detail.In order to ensure the actual engineering effect of the static force level,a large number of sensor performance experiments were done.The third chapter is the engineering application.Relying on the underground comprehensive pipe gallery of the Shanghai World Expo Park,regarding the structural diseases existing in the pipe gallery,the monitoring needs are proposed and the structural health monitoring program are prepared.The monitoring section and measuring point arrangement of the sensors are introduced in detail;the selection of the sensors is based on the structural characteristics of the pipe gallery and the complexity of the carrying pipeline.The installation process of sensors and sensor signal debugging are described.The fourth chapter mainly focuses on the automated structural health monitoring system.The structure composition and performance of the fiber Bragg grating synchronous demodulation equipment independently developed by the laboratory are introduced.The advantages of the LabVIEW platform are explained and the corresponding upper computer operating software is written based on the platform.A preliminary analysis of the collected data was made and the monitoring indicators are within the normal range.
