Contents of the abstract.Times New Roman.Integration of smart power grids dispatching platform,the main research schedule,methods,plans and other related business,realize the regional based parameter database data and grid data unified management,intensive processing,make the system of data between the free circulation,and can effectively solve the seamless connection between information and data between systems,to achieve the different and heterogeneous data sharing,for the interconnection and interflow between application systems and information integration between data sharing to provide technical support.In this paper,through analyzing the present situation and problems of scheduling management at home and abroad,through the integration of SCADA,OMS,PMS,DMIS,such as data,realize the regional data to the power grid parameter database data integration process,and support all of the international standard IEC model,in a typical cross section of information to establish initial trend of cross section,extracted from plan appropriate information,such as power equipment,power range,in turn,based on the information of each overhaul modified section,realize the monitoring analysis,scheduling plan,schedule management,dispatch operation ticket,system management of the core business functions,so as to realize the integrated management of scheduling the professional,so as to ensure the safe,stable and economic operation of power grid.The platform adopts the B/S framework,the J2 EE specification development,the Oracle database as the foundation,and the sub-functional modules are deployed in the Web Service in componentized form.Customers do not need to install any software,and they can do business with Internet explorer.The project application greatly improve the level of the electric power enterprise informatization.Through to the electric power enterprise within the unified management and monitoring information system,at the height of the information integration and widely Shared,improve the efficiency of the system application and user service efficiency.Greatly reduced the power of the company's operating costs,service cost and management cost,improve the controllability of the electric power company operation,safety and extensibility,as well as the development of regional economy and industry provides a stable power supply.
