The welding operation is a kind of metal connection that can be highly efficient and robust.A large number of applications are made by major shipbuilding companies in China.When the segment is closed,the extensive use of welding operations is unavoidable.Due to the large size of the subsections and the large number of welded constructions used for the side sections,the welded deformation of the side sections is also more serious.At present,the method of coping with the welding deformation of the side is mainly anti-deformation method,but it can be applied to the prediction of the inverse deformation in actual production.In this paper,the causes of welding deformation are introduced,and some preventive and corrective methods for welding deformation are expounded.By analyzing the research of domestic and foreign scholars at home and abroad,several kinds of forecasting methods of welding deformation are introduced.The closure process of shipyard application is introduced,and the assembly sequence and related process parameters in the process of closing are expounded.This paper lists some typical sub-style,and describes its sealing method,to support the next step to support.Records the deformation of some of the main observation positions when the side of the ship is closed in real ship construction,and the data are sorted out.The "input voltage" and "input current" required in the process file are chosen as the independent variables and the "side section deformation" as the dependent variable.The nonlinear deformation analysis method is used to establish the welding deformation and the input voltage and input Current mathematical model,and verify its fitting effect.And establish a database software to achieve the data records and other functions.
