With the rapid development of economic globalization and the rapid increase in the volume of global seaborne trade,10,000-ton large container ships have become the most popular ship types that the world’s major shipping companies have forged.China’s shipyards started late in the field of construction of large container ships,and there are few studies on the accuracy control of large support transverse bulkhead block.There is still a certain gap between this level of accuracy control technology with the advanced shipyards of Japan and Korea.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the construction accuracy of large container ships support transverse bulkhead block to realize forward movement of the cargo guide rails and shorten the shipbuilding period.Support transverse bulkhead has many construction steps,and its accuracy control is a complex system engineering.In this paper,by studying the structural features and construction process flow of the 8800 TEU container ship support transverse bulkhead block,the accuracy control characteristics of the support transverse bulkhead block are analyzed,and then the overall risk assessment of the accuracy control of the support transverse bulkhead block is performed and established.The risk assessment model determines the risk level of the block accuracy control and finds the key processes that affect the accuracy control during the construction process,and formulates the corresponding accuracy control technology program accordingly.Finally,the effectiveness of the 8800 TEU container ship support transverse bulkhead block accuracy control was analyzed to verify the practicality and effectiveness of the risk assessment index system and the accuracy control technology plan adopted.The content of this article’s risk assessment provides a new way of studying the hull block accuracy control technology,and at the same time enriches the research content of shipbuilding industry technology risk management.In this paper,the technical solution of accuracy control of large container ship support transverse bulkhead and the double-sided installation technology of guide rails have reached the leading level in China and have certain reference value for the accuracy control of the block construction of the large container ships built by the domestic shipyards,but also to enhance the technical quality of domestic shipyards image is of great significance.
