Design And Development Of A New Type Of Multifunctional Circular Indexing Standard Device

This paper designed a new kind of multifunctional circular division standard device.This device is based on existing plane line angle measurement technology,to meet the needs of multifunctional measurement,including 360° full circle measurement,static and dynamic measurement,and micro step angle measurement.This device can be used in static and dynamic measurement of inductosyn,circular grating,photoelectric rotary encoder,and polyhedron equal angle standard instrument.Also,it can be used in engraving of metering device like circular grating and inductosyn.This paper first introduces the principle of Moire fringe measurement in circular grating,which is the key part of circle dividing standard device,and also introduces the principal of electronics subdivision of angle measurement system.Also,this paper introduces the hardware and software development of angle measurement system,including high-precision bead shafting,FPGA based AC servo controller,reference grating and indicating grating,and multi-channel reading device.At the meanwhile,this paper introduces the design and development of detecting circuit of circle inductosyn,and engraving device of circular grating.Then,this paper measures the radial play eccentricity of the bead shafting,and makes some data analysis.All combination often angle measurement is used to get the circular division error of the angle measurement system,and the result shows that this new circular division standard device can meet the specification of design and the requirements of use.At last,this paper introduces some applications of this device,including testing inductosyn and photoelectric rotary encoder,engraving the circular grating and reference grating,and duplicating motherboard of circular grating.
