Research On Construction Project Life Cycle Cost Management Model

With the continuous improvement of the country's comprehensive strength,the state is vigorously developing all kinds of infrastructure.This kind of construction projects often have the characteristics of large social impact,many construction projects,high investment,long construction period and so on.Due to the current cost management concept in our country,only pay attention to the cost management of construction stage and neglect the cost management in the operation and maintenance stage,which can not be used to evaluate the total investment of the construction project.Therefore,it is very important to control the whole life cycle cost management theory into the construction of the project.The thesis firstly introduces the research background,the significance of the research,the current research situation at home and abroad,and the content of the research.Secondly,it introduces the basic theory of life-cycle cost management,divides the construction project into investment decision-making,design,bidding and bidding,construction and final acceptance according to the theory.,Operation and maintenance of six stages,and analyzed the main contents of each stage included;again by means of a questionnaire survey,statistical analysis of the survey results,summed up the status of the management of the various stages of the cost and problems,and the reasons for its corresponding Then it introduces the process of cost management and cost management cost composition and calculation.Combining with the characteristics of cost management in each stage,this paper puts forward some improvement measures in each stage.Finally,taking a railway traction power supply project as an example,this paper uses the life-cycle cost management theory to do a case study of the whole life-cycle cost management of the traction power supply project and finds out the corresponding problems in the life-cycle cost management of the project and corresponding improvements Measures.The conclusions of the dissertation have some reference to the life-cycle cost management of construction projects.
