| Highway tunnel projects is located in the mountains,and its engineering geological conditions are complex,not certain factors,and the organization of construction is more sophisticated,so it’s difficult to control the progress and the safety targets.The construction of tunnel is a dynamic construction process,and the site environment is complex and changeable in the construction process.Therefore,it is of great significance to combine the schedule,safety management theory and 3D technology to carry out the research of 3D intelligent control method for tunnel engineering construction.Firstly,based on the widely collected safety and progress historical databases of similar tunnel projects,using network planning method,BP neural network and grey method,static schedule target intelligent optimization model before construction is established;by using the theory of Heinrich’s Law,static safety target intelligent optimization model before construction is established.By means of the method of statistical analysis,the PDCA circulation and so on,establish dynamic optimization control model of the schedule and safety for construction.The BIM technology is used to assist decision-makers in the progress and safety management.Then,the optimized model was established,taking the Dadaoliang tunnel of Xifu as an example,establishing the progress and safety target optimization model respectively,determining the progress and security objectives,establishing the progress and safety early warning and response system,and establishing the basic database of the cause and countermeasures for the progress and security matters.During the construction process,the progress and safety control cycle are determined,the progress and safety data are statistically analyzed and analyzed,and the PDCA dynamic circulation is continuously carried out realizing optimization control.Finally,through the 3D model of Dadaoliang tunnel,the 3D visualization and roaming function are used to view the construction site and construction situation of the tunnel in real time,so as to facilitate the manager to carry out the progress and safety management. |
