| Now China has successfully broken the foreign blockade of shield technology and can completely independently develop and produce various kinds of shield machines.The relevant technologies have reached the world’s top level.However,the research on the shield machine monitoring and management system still needs further improvement and perfection.This thesis takes the Nanjing Yangtze River Tunnel Project as the background.Firstly,through the mechanical analysis of the driving process of the muddy water pressurized shield machine,the mathematical calculation model of the main excavation parameter setting is constructed,including the cutterhead torque,hydraulic thrust force,muddy water tank pressure and so on.The main variables affecting the parameters found are equipment depth,soil properties,etc.Then,based on the actual measured data,SPSS mathematics statistics software was used to analyze each parameter,such as statistics and linear regression,to verify the analysis conclusions of the relevant mathematical model;And the multi-linear regression model was used for regression analysis of cutterhead torque,total thrust and other major parameters.Based on the analysis of the main excavation parameters,the monitoring objects of the monitoring and management system of the shield machine were determined.At the same time,the advantages of using LabVIEW to realize the system were analyzed.The structure of the system is designed,the data acquisition module based on the moubus transmission protocol is built,the LabVIEW program is written,the data collection and storage are completed,and the multiple linear regression model prediction method is used to realize the prediction of the main excavationparameters of the shield machine.Shield monitoring and management software program was developed,including monitoring object information management,parameter monitoring,parameter prediction,parameter curve display,viewing history data and other functional modules. |
