In view of the problems of falling block,steel leakage and corrosion in the culvert of Shuo Huang heavy haul railway,this article,starting from the culvert clearance,economy and time point of view,puts forward a kind of corrugated plate strengthening technology suitable for heavy haul railway culvert disease.Through the use of data research,numerical simulation,field tests and other methods to carry out the research,the following results are obtained:(1)Through the analysis of data and theory,the principle of strengthening the existing heavy haul railway culvert disease corrugated board structure is studied,corrugated board structure section characteristic parameters is analyzed,and the selection of the corrugated plate structure for Shuohuang Railway Culvert Reinforcement disease is implemented.(2)On this basis,the load structure and interaction analysis model by using ANSYS finite element software is established,and the analysis of the heavy haul train under the action of internal force,corrugated plate structure deformation,bolt shear strength and bearing capacity characteristics is analyzed.The calculation results show that the structure load and interaction model,the calculation results are quite different,but in different load combinations,corrugated plate span deflection span ratio was less than the standard 1/4000;MISES plate stress are far less than the allowable value of Q345 stress;the double shear bolts both meet the requirements;the foundation bearing capacity and stability can meet the requirement.(3)The dynamic stability analysis model of corrugated culvert is established by using ANSYS finite element software,and the modal shapes of the corrugated culvert are mainly horizontal,upper and lower,as well as torsional vibration,and the vibration frequency is between 13.838 Hz and 22.54 Hz.(4)On this basis,the stress and deflection test of Shuo Huang heavy haul railway culvert disease with reinforced before and after the cover of reinforcement of corrugated plate.The field test results show that the strain of reinforcing steel in the middle and top span of the front and rear span is decreased by 55.8% and the deflection of the cover plate is reduced by 91.4% when the 23 ton axle load is measured under the action of the marshalling train with 5400 tons.TThe practice proves that the reinforcement effect of the technology on the disease culvert of heavy haul railway is obvious,and the reinforcement of the disease culvert meets the requirements of safety and stability.
