Study On Construction Technology And Safety Guarantee Measures Of 1-80 M Double-line Simple-supported Arch Span Expressway

Simply supported arch is widely used in domestic bridge engineering projects because of its beautiful shape,elegant appearance,good economic effect,low building height,large span characteristic of arch bridge and wide applicability of simple supported beam foundation.In order to investigate the construction technology and safety measures of the simply supported arch,the construction technology schemes were selected.And based on the construction safety status analysis,traffic safety comparison analysis,constructionperiod and economical efficiency comparison and selection,the construction techniques of the simply supported arch tie beam and the steel tube arch were analyzed,the construction technical points of each working procedure were studied,and safety measures for the construction process of simple supported archwere proposed.taking the newly built simply supported arch construction project of thethree ditches cross-coastal expressway large-span bridge in Tang Cao railway construction project as an example,through comparison and selection,we got the conclusion that using full-bailey beam full frame method in stride existing expressway simply supported arch construction can effectively reduce the use of construction machinery and materials on site,reduce construction costs,shorter construction periods,make the cross-interference between on-site construction and past traffic to a minimum level,and ensure the safety of the construction itself and the passing vehicles.through the analysis of the key points of construction procedure in the construction of simply supported arch tie beam and steel tube arch,the solution of key and difficult points in construction was put forward.And safety measures for construction process were taken to eliminate hidden trouble of safety in simple supported arch construction project.
