But at the same time, the quality of these buildings became the object of people focus on the safety factors, because of the complex technology, huge investment project, once appear quality security problems, will bring unimaginable disaster to people. But by building research we found that of some developed countries abroad on the construction quality and safety of few major disaster.Based on the above reasons, it is necessary to seriously study compared safety factor of the quality of construction both at home and abroad, from the aspects of construction quality and safety were analyzed. Therefore, in this paper, the main work includes the following contents:Few developed countries abroad carefully study the cause of the accident, from the construction of each link of production, to analyze the whole process of construction projects abroad, such as construction projects, construction, completion acceptance stage, focusing on construction quality and safety supervision system for research at home and abroad, in serious study summarized the construction quality and safety of domestic legislation and government macroeconomic control means, on the basis of serious than foreign corresponding building legislation system and execution, find the policy system and the various project participants under construction at the present stage in China.To this end, this paper studied the quality and safety supervision system of some developed countries abroad, to the west, some developed countries such as Britain and the United States, Singapore, in-depth study of the implementation of the legislative framework and again through the corresponding factors at home and abroad, to find out in the construction project quality and safety in our country regulation of unfavorable factors, to facilitate the process of production in the future construction in our country to absorb foreign advanced experience, effectively reduce the occurrence of construction engineering quality accidents, for the construction industry development of our country's accession to the WTO to make due contributions.
