Research On Optimization Of SH Railway Crew Management Efficiency

With the further refinement of the division of the labor,high-speed passenger transportation and heavy freight transportation have gradually become the direction of future railway development.As a front-line worker of the railway locomotive system,the locomotive crew is directly related to the safety of the railway operation.Since the 18 th national congress of the CPC,the state has paid more attention to the development of railway transportation.Moreover,the railway is facing the reform of system and mechanism.In this period,how to innovate the locomotive system and improve the efficiency of locomotive steward management is a new topic of railway transportation.Through the analysis of the management status of the SH railway locomotive crew,the problems existing in the current management are pointed out.With the launch of the ShenHua locomotive and the operation of the 20,000 tons of trains,and the massive application of new equipment and new technologies,the problems of the flight attendants themselves are becoming increasingly prominent.In view of these reasons,we can find out how to accelerate the construction of the train attendants,optimize the management methods and ideas of locomotive crew management,and thus promote the improvement of production and transportation efficiency.Mainly from three aspects:(1)The organization structure of locomotive crew management,the age composition of the crew member,the family situation of the staff,the educational structure are understood and mastered.This paper not only makes a comprehensive analysis from the aspects of the crew’s state of mind,professional level,personnel’s application mode and the system itself,but also finds out the reasons for multilevel,so as to provide classic material for further optimizing locomotive’s crew management.(2)In view of the existing problems and their causes at present stage,the measures of improving efficiency and optimizing management are put forward from the aspects of ideological guidance,business training,optimization of personnel management and system innovation.(3)According to the development situation of the present stage,the exploration is carried out from the aspects of improving the quality level of the crew member,and the introduction of technological measures to make train attendants play a better role,to realize the safety,stability and efficiency of railway transportation,to ensure the safe and unimpeded access of the second largest channel in west coal east of China.
