| With the acceleration of urbanization, the global urban population is growing at an annual rate of 1.8%.It is estimated that by 2025,about 62%of the population will live in cities, and the mega-cities with high density, network and continuity are becoming increasingly prominent.Especially in the central districts of these cities, because of their strong attraction and radiation in politics, economy, culture and education, science and technology, finance, information, business services, transportation and so on,the cities are developing rapidly and the population density is high.In the central districts of some mega-cities,the population density in the high-density permanent population zone is as high as 30,000 people km~2,and the population in the core districts of Shanghai is as high as 30,000 people km~2.With a density of nearly 40,000people per kilometer, the urban centre has become a"reinforced concrete forest".Due to the high concentration of urban buildings and population density, under the threat of natural disasters such as earthquake, fire, landslide, debris flow, flood, tsunami and so on,the security situation of urban residents’lives in China is becoming increasingly serious. Therefore, urban comprehensive disaster prevention and mitigation capability has become one of the important symbols to measure the overall function of the city and its security and defense capability.Urban green space system plays an important role in the construction of urban comprehensive disaster prevention and mitigation system.Taking Dalian Road public green space and Lujiazui central green space in Shanghai as an example, this paper discusses the construction of disaster prevention and risk avoidance green space in high-density central city based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of its use, with a view to providing reference for urban disaster prevention and mitigation green space planning and rational and effective use of existing urban green space as emergency shelter, and for urban ecological and security construction. |
