China's urban traffic has developed rapidly, and many cities have built underground trains. The daily maintenance of the subway system is of great significance to ensure its safe operation.Due to the special tunnel environment of the subway system, special equipment is needed for maintenance.Among them, the high-altitude work is very heavy work, need specialized high-altitude operation equipment.Commissioned by a subway company,we developed a high-altitude operating platform. This paper studies the key technology of the high altitude operating platform.Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign research present situation, development trend of aerial work platform, combining with the actual needs of subway system maintenance, the subway overhaul key techniques of aerial work platform, provides the technical support for the platform design.According to the requirements of the client,to determine the main performance parameters, structure of the machine and the main composition, and connecting with the threshold limit standard of subway vehicle, checks the structure size of the whole machine, make sure its good by nature. On the basis of the overall design, the key parts of the whole machine are designed, including walking system, rotary system, lifting system, stretching system and working platform main structure design.Finite element analysis software of ANSYS was used to establish the finite element model of telescopic arm with different section shape, and the strength and rigidity were checked. The anti-overturning stability of the whole machine is analyzed by the moment balance method. The analysis results show that the machine meets the design requirements and can guarantee safe operation.
