The issue of heating concerns the livelihood of normal people,which is one of the key priorities in urban planning and construction in the north,and has become one of the standards for the construction of modern cities.Using absorption heat pump technology can improve the taste of industrial hot water thermal energy.It also can recover the industrial waste heat in winter.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study absorption heat pump heating technology.Taking the heat source transformation and optimization of the central heating system in Nanpu area as the research object,the chemical surplus hot water of Sanyou chemical co.,ltd.was used to replace the low-vacuum heat source of the original condensing unit.Firstly,the utilization of residual heat resources and the central heating system of residual heat source are analyzed.Secondly,two kinds of waste heat resources,which are calcination furnace cooling water and power plant circulating water of Sanyou chemical co.LTD.,are analyzed comparatively.According to the principle of the optimal energy utilization,chemical professional calcination furnace cooling water is determined central heating system to replace the heat source for the Nanpu area.The heat pump units selection and the design of heat recovery technology,and its economy are analyzed.Finally,through theoretical analysis and field test,steam pressure and hot water temperature and heating water inlet temperature heat pump parameters are discussed.The causing and the optimization solution of low water and waste heat of heating steam pressure reducing are analyzed.The optimization scheme of rational utilization of waste heat of water resources and the improvement the heating system is put forward.The mode of central heating which lithium bromide heat pump units with soda water heat exchanger in parallel,can not only ensure winter heating demand of Nanpu area,but also can widen the application of absorption heat pump in waste heat utilization in scope.The research results provide technical support for the optimization and operation of heating system.
