Research Of The Design And Application Of The Environmental Public Facilities Of The High And New Technology Development Zone

Comprehensive Bonded Zone,located in hinterland area,is a region for customs’ special supervision which has the function of bonded port area.It gathers the function of bonded area,Export processing zone,Bond logistics area and dock in one,which can develop businesses like International transfer,allocation,purchase,export processing and Transshipment trade and so forth.It is a special function area which has the highest open level,most favorable policy and the most complete function.Located in the south of the Wuhan East Lake High and New Technology Development Zone.Wuhan East Lake Comprehensive Bonded Zone initiated operation since 2013.With the soaring economy in the central region,Wuhan East Lake Comprehensive Bonded Zone is trying to upgrade the new method of development and building the embryo of the Pilot free trade zones for building this new engine for economic development in China’s central area.Based on the specialty of the industry base in the Wuhan East Lake High and New Technology Development Zone,environmental condition and the need for improving environmental quality for the Comprehensive Bonded Zone results in the industry upgrade,the second phase of the Wuhan East Lake Comprehensive Bonded Zone completed in May 2017 and then initiated the special planning of the Comprehensive Bonded Zone.It’s believed that the highlight of the special planning is to import environmental public facilities into the layout and modeling design into Wuhan East Lake Comprehensive Bonded Zone.The author of the dissertation participated in the occupation of the planning and fulfilled the mission of devising its environmental public facilities during the internship in the Design Institute.So far as public facilities design is concerned,it’s a name card for a city to exhibit its unique charm.With the development of science,more and more technological elements have been integrated into environmental public facilities.As for cultural factor,the way to integrate is a topic remain research.This dissertation starts with illustrating the theory of the environmental design and the planning of the Comprehensive Bonded Zone of theHigh and New Technology Development Zone,exploring the planning layout and special modeling design of the environmental public facilities of the Comprehensive Bonded Zone of the High and New Technology Development Zone.This dissertation mainly divided into four parts.Section 1: A general overview to the content of design,including the source and background,purpose and intention,content,method,framework,definition of related concepts and the research status at home and abroad.Section 2:Define high-tech zone through its development history;Extract the environment features of the high-tech zone;Provide analysis to the environmental public facility design that was applied in the design of the high-tech zone;Analysis of the domestic and foreign practical cases;Summarize the key points of designing the environmental public facilities in the high technology development zone,in order to make effective innovations.Section 3:According to the previous summary and analysis,put forward the construction strategy for the environmental public facilities of Wuhan comprehensive bonded area under the background of the high-tech Development Zone,and explore the design creation practice combined with the current situation.Section 4: Summarizes the achievements obtained in practice,and puts forward the following research and discussion problems,and looks forward to the future development of public facilities design in East Lake free trade zone under the background of high-tech development zones.
