Research On Comprehensive Planning Of Municipal Pipeline In The East Region Of Cangzhou Coastal-port Economic And Technical Development Zone

The Planning and construction of municipal pipeline is an important infrastructure work in the urban construction. The municipal pipeline is a constructed pipeline of comprehensive municipal facilities, which includes water supply system, drainage system, electric system, communication system and transportation system, etc. It has closed connecttion to the industrial and agricultural production and the lives of residents. The quality of planning and construction of municipal pipeline can directly affect the scientific management and sustainable development of the urban planning. Due to the lack of planning level and planning management, the phenomena like lack of capacity, excess capacity, unreasonable planning of the municipal pipeline often appeared in the actual planning processes, which lead to repeated construction, resource waste and investment losses. This is also the common problem we confront in the planning management of the municipal pipeline of the new economic and technological development zone in many cities of our country at present.In combination with the process of the municipal pipeline planning of Cangzhou coastal-port economic and technological development zone, this paper analyzed the existing situations of the municipal pipeline planning in the east region of Cangzhou coastal-port economic and technological development zone. And on this basis, proposed the development tendency of the municipal pipeline planning in the new economic and technological development zone and analyzed the remaining problems in the process of the municipal pipeline planning, so as to propose targeted strategies. During the municipal pipeline planning in the east region of Cangzhou coastal-port economic and technological development zone, this paper do the Special Topics for water supply engineering planning, storm-water drainage works planning, electric power engineering planning, communication system planning, road traffic planning,etc. Also this paper gives the optimum proposal for municipal pipeline planning which suit to the development planning in the east reigon of Cangzhou coastal-port economic and technological development zone and lay the foundation for the long-run development of Cangzhou coastal-port economic and technological development zone. The analytical investigation of this paper has obtained certain theory and technology achievement in the management of municipal pipeline planning of new economic development zones, and provide a reference for the same kind of municipal pipeline planning.
