Since the reform and opening-up in China for 40 years,the economic development has been greatly improved,the scale of urbanization has gradually expanded,and the demand for all kinds of public infrastructure has been increasing.Therefore,more and more construction projects occupy existing road resources,causing great disturbance to existing traffic.With the increase of the number of construction projects,the relevant departments have gradually strengthened their attention to the construction period traffic organization scheme.But due to the lack of quantitative basis,a lot of work cannot be carried out.This article analyzes the road features of construction project which meets the "occupy one lane and revert one lane" principle.Also,this article puts forward capacity coefficient under various condition of impairment,which has a guiding significance for the future traffic organization scheme.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the influence of the construction on the urban road capacity through theoretical discussion,field measurement and simulation analysis.Firstly,this paper introduces the classification of the construction and the components of the construction control area.Also,the characteristics of the traffic flow are analyzed,and the influence of the construction on the geometric features of the road is briefly described.Secondly,the speed density relation of construction area is obtained by combining theory with practice.Based on the theory of traffic flow three parameters,the calculation model of road capacity of urban construction area is constructed.Again,through the way of unmanned aerial vehicle(uav)to record video to obtain a large amount of measured data,this paper sets up the relational model of the urban construction area road traffic capacity and bend radius.Combining the VISSIM simulation software,this paper studies the relationship between the urban construction area road traffic capacity and the longitudinal slope degree.By correcting Bolankerf model,this paper studies the relation model between urban construction area road traffic capacity and the lane width.Finally,through the actual survey data,this paper sums up the actual capacity of each grade road in Wuhan.Through capacity comparison before and after the road construction,the construction reduction coefficient suitable for Wuhan is obtained.Taking the Optics Valley complex construction project of East Lake Hi-tech Zone as an example,the correctness of the rule of the foreword summary is verified.
