With the rapid development of technologies such as high-speed internet,big data,cloud computing and internet of things,how to make use of a new generation of information technology to make breakthroughs and innovations under industrial big data environment has always been a major concern in the academic circles.This thesis is based on the background of personalized customization and management theory of constraint theory,and focuses on the visualization and optimization of production scheduling in big data environment.In response to the shortcomings of existing human-computer mixing or computer scheduling,the thesis explores a new method of using big data visualization technology.The thesis first reviews the management thought and informationization practice of production scheduling and optimization based on constraint theory,and puts forward the research theme of this article.Then it discusses the order features,production environment and big data visualization framework in the background of big data.In view of the difficulties and flaws in the application of man-machine mixing and advanced planning and scheduling software system,a theoretical discussion of using big data visualization technology to support the improvement of traditional scheduling mode is proposed.Then combined with the case of the company's application practice,introduced the case of the company's strategic choices and operating conditions,summed up the company's status in the production scheduling management and existing problems.Then from the perspective of visualization design of production environment data,this thesis analyzes the characteristics of order fluctuation,capacity and load,and gives a framework of big data visualization application combining with existing organization and process.At the same time,from the perspective of using big data visualization for production scheduling and optimization,this thesis analyzes the closed-loop application mode of production scheduling and briefly introduces the systems' function,user experience example and problem analysis of customer evaluation,order delivery comprehensive analysis,insight into delayed order problems and equipment comprehensive efficiency analysis.It also introduces the construction of unified order view and the analysis of trial operation results.At the end of the thesis,based on the results of the staged applications,this thesis gives a brief introduction of the ultimate goal and implementation path of deepening production scheduling and optimization system using big data technology in the future.
