Electrohydrodynamic printing technology is one of the most advanced manufacturing technologies of flexible electronics,high voltage DC power supply is the core component of electrohydrodynamic printing process equipment for creating high voltage electric field,the stability of the output voltage determines the consistency and continuity of the printing pattern,besides,the high-voltage DC power supply with wide adjusting range and high adjustment precision can satisfy more printing conditions.At present,the high voltage DC power supply in the market is based on the analog control technology,which is not conducive to the intelligence,digitization and integration of high voltage DC power supply,while the high voltage DC power supply based on digital control has low voltage regulation precision and low voltage regulation range.This paper focuses on the hardware design,wide range adjustment scheme and voltage stabilizing control scheme of high voltage DC power supply,which including:First,the overall scheme of high voltage DC power supply system is designed,the key parameter index is determined,the hardware circuit schematic design and PCB design of the system are completed,which provides a basic platform for the later research.Secondly,through the experimental analysis,the combining the full bridge bus voltage regulation and the full bridge frequency modulation is proposed as the voltage regulation scheme.Then,the open loop transfer function model of the system is established,the basic PID control parameters are obtained by analyzing the steady-state performance of the system,and then fuzzy control theory is introduced to realize the fuzzy adaptive PID control for the high voltage DC power supply,which improves the precision and robustness of the system voltage control,besides,the duty width ratio prediction compensation algorithm is introduced,which solves the effect of digital control delay on dynamic response of the system.Finally,the rationality of the high voltage DC power supply system for electrohydrodynamic printing is verified by the experiment.The output voltage range of the system is 500V-5k V,the precision of voltage stabilization is within ±20V and the precision of voltage regulation is 20 V.And it can meet the requirements of the current body printing process when applied to the electrohydrodynamic printing.
