Since ancient times,floods are one of a devastating natural disaster,emergence and evolution of flood,flood forecasting,timely and accurately is necessary;nowadays,with the high-speed development of computer technology,"Internet plus" has penetrated into all walks of life,but in the traditional water conservancy industry,though It is said that computer technology has already been used,but data interaction and data sharing between research units and relevant departments are rather poor.Similarly,some flood calculations for various C/S terminals are realized by means of computer.However,the links between them are relatively closed.It is urgent to set up an online sharing scheme for water conservancy research or computation.This paper introduces the basic situation of flood evolution prediction at home and abroad,the main measures for the calculation of flood evolution at home and abroad,and the main development direction of the software and system development used in the establishment of water conservancy model and data processing in China.In this paper,the Maas Gin Gen model,taking the current Muskingum model and the non-Muskingum model as the starting point,is used in the flood performance calculation.In the parameter rate determination of the Muskingum model,the particle swarm optimization algorithm(CQPSO)is proposed based on the particle swarm optimization(PSO),and then two is used.A test function with different complexity is compared and analyzed with ant colony algorithm,simulated annealing algorithm,PSO algorithm and CQPSO algorithm.Finally,the overall flood routing model is established,and three real river flood data are used to verify and evaluate the model.Using Spring Boot framework,two main modules of parameter calibration and optimization calculation are developed,and the development of flood routing subsystem is completed.The following work is mainly based on the micro service thought,using the SpringCloud micro service implementation framework.The underlying database uses HBase and MySQL databases,taking two services as flood routing and flood frequency calculation as an example.Some major water conservancy computing systems are gathered together to form a highly centralized micro service.The system cluster brings convenience for flood calculation work among different departments.
