With the accelerating process of urbanization and the increasing abundance of social resources,people pay more and more attention to the construction of spiritual civilization.The environmental quality not only affects people's health,but also the important factor of spiritual civilization construction.Park as a business card of a city,its environmental construction is particularly important.Under the impetus of science and technology,mechanized sanitation tools are continuously developed,and innovative tools can improve work efficiency,make comprehensive use of a variety of resources,and play an important role in sanitation work.The design of innovative tools needs systematic design methods as the support.In this paper,based on the application of various design methods,the innovative design of whirlwind garbage cleaning vehicle is carried out.First,using the scenario design method,to observe the existing garbage cleaning tools,cleaning status quo,visit the relevant target environment,access to the flow of people,garbage categories,garbage distribution,the type of tools,service life,The number of cleaners,etc.In order to explore the needs of users and establish the demand model of whirlwind garbage cleaning vehicle,the weight of demand is analyzed by AHP combined with cluster analysis,and 10 key user needs are determined.Secondly,using the systematic analysis method,the structure and function of the existing products are analyzed,and the function structure diagram of the function tree is established.The function of the whirlwind garbage cleaning vehicle is determined according to the needs of the user.According to the requirement,the evaluation index system suitable for cyclone garbage cleaning vehicle scheme is established,the weight of evaluation index is determined,and the rating sample database is established.The representative sample database was established by cluster analysis,and the functional relationship between the solution of functional unit and the evaluation index was established by using the quantification theory I.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation model of whirlwind garbage cleaning vehicle was obtained.Thirdly,genetic algorithm combined with MATLAB software is used to optimize thesolution of the function unit of the whirlwind garbage cleaning vehicle,and the solution that can be applied to the function of the whirlwind garbage cleaning vehicle is combined.Rhino 3D modeling software and Key-shot rendering software are used to model and render the scheme of whirlwind garbage cleaning vehicle.
