| Innovation is the driving force of development,the purpose of product innovation design is to most likely adapt to the social environment,meet consumer demand,and also satisfy the requirements of product function for product modeling.Generally speaking,there are many factors that affect product innovation design,such as: style(geometry,color matching,material,etc.),function,structure,shape,consumer demand,cultural background and so on.The basis of product innovation design are style analysis and function principle scheme of products,in view of the innovative design problem in product design,this paper realizes the effective innovation of product design scheme through a variety of design methods and technology integration from the following aspects:Firstly,the style of existing related products was analyzed,and the embodied form of style in the product system was understood.Factor analysis was used to determine the semantic vocabulary of the product style,extract the characteristic elements of the bicycle modeling,and construct the model of the relationship between the image variable and the sculpt characteristic elements.Secondly,through the systematic analysis of existing related products,its functional tree and functional structure diagrams are constructed.And on this basis,according to the demand model of the hands and feet dual-drive bicycle,the functional tree and the functional structure of the dual-drive bicycle are innovated,and the functional element is solved.The evaluation index system that is suitable for the innovation scheme of hands and feet dual-drive bike is built,and the relative weight is ensured by the discriminant table method.Multivariate scale method and cluster analysis were used to classify the bicycle samples,and their representative samples are selected.The relationship between bicycle representative sample item category and the evaluation index system is established by using the Quantification Theory I.The least squares method was used to obtain the item score of each evaluation index and the partial correlation coefficient between each design item and each evaluation index,then the evaluation model and weighted comprehensive evaluation model of the hands and feet dual-drive bicycle are got.Thirdly,the comprehensive evaluation model of the hands and feet dual-drive bicycle was used as the fitness function,and the genetic algorithm and MATLAB tool are used to optimize the combination of the design elements of the hands and feet dual-drive bicycle,meanwhile the decimal coding method was applied to the optimization process,then the optimal scheme of decimal coding is acquired,and after decoding,the program design project element unit set of the hands and feet dual-drive bicycle is gained.Finally,the optimal combination scheme of the design elements of the hands and feet dual-drive bike was modeled by the three-dimensional model,then the model which is gained above was used to simulate the initial motion state,and the innovative design scheme of the hands and feet dual-drive bicycle is evaluated synthetically. |
