Floating garbage on the sea is one of the main pollutants that endanger the human living environment and the marine environment.Floating garbage cleaning equipment,as a new type of floating garbage cleaning device,is a new type of marine equipment specially designed for the openness,large area and complex working environment of floating garbage on the sea.At present,it is in a preliminary state of development.With the proposal of my country’s maritime power strategy,cleaning up floating garbage at sea is an important task.Floating garbage cleaning equipment will definitely play a huge role in the future and attract more and more attention.Floating garbage cleaning equipment is composed of a floating body and a mooring system.It is used for long-term operation with large wave loads during service.So far,most scholars’ research on new type of floating garbage cleaning equipment has stayed on the design of structural configuration,for the collection efficiency of the floating body and a smaller key validation study float structural strength.Therefore,the floating garbage cleaning equipment designed based on this article,for the strength of the floating structure and Connecting pontoon structure,Research on the calculation method of the key structure strength of the floating garbage cleaning equipment.The paper mainly carried out the following research contents:(1)Design and research of new type floating garbage cleaning equipment.Introduced three new floating garbage cleaning equipment: Floating type new floating type garbage cleaning equipment,spring type new type floating type garbage cleaning equipment and semicircle type new type floating garbage cleaning equipment.The collection efficiency of the new semi-circular floating garbage cleaning equipment is verified through the model test.The test researched the collection efficiency of five common floating garbage on the sea with the wave height and flow velocity.(2)Floating garbage clean-up equipment Strength Calculation Method.Floating garbage cleaning equipment is the research object and get the wave load transfer function.Use the design wave method to predict the wave load,analyzed the overall strength of floating garbage cleaning equipment under various typical working conditions and the high stress area of floating garbage cleaning equipment has been strengthened and improved.After simplifying the garbage collection network,Calculated the strength of the garbage collection network.(3)Floating garbage cleaning equipment hydrodynamic performance method research.Floating garbage cleaning equipment is the research object,to hydrodynamic performance analysis.The effects of different water depths on the additional mass,radiation damping,motion response operator,first-order wave force and steady drift force of floating garbage cleaning equipment are studied and effects of different waves of floating garbage clean-up equipment operator response to the motion angle,the first order wave forces and the steady drift force.Secondly,time-domain hydrodynamic performance analysis of floating garbage cleaning equipment.Calculated the movement and mooring line tension of floating garbage cleaning equipment under both empty and full load conditions,Finally,the maximum tension of the mooring line is taken as the design load of the transition buoy,and its strength is analyzed.
