The motor control system is an important part of the electric vehicle.Its performance directly affects the driving efficiency and power density of the electric vehicle,and thus affects the cruising range of the electric vehicle.Permanent magnet synchronous motor has the characteristics of high power density,high efficiency,small size,etc.It can meet the requirements of fast response and follow-up performance of electric vehicles.In order to achieve the requirements of high efficiency and high power density of the motor control system for electric vehicles,the research status and development prospects of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system are first discussed;secondly,the vector control principle and space vector pulse width modulation of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in an electric vehicle are analyzed.Based on the control system,building a double closed-loop control algorithm for the speed loop and the current loop,and builds a double closed-loop control system based on MATLAB/Simulink to verify the validity of the theoretical analysis.The simulation result shows that the control system has a fast response speed,movability and stability characteristics.Finally,an experimental platform was set up,the main control board was DSP28335,and a software experiment platform was established on the CCS development platform;the driver board used PROTEL software to draw the circuit and PCB board circuit was finished and the hardware was selected,and the experimental hardware was established.With the CCS oscilloscope,the experimental results of the current loop and the speed loop are observed.The results show that the established permanent magnet synchronous motor double closed-loop controller can make the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed adjustment smooth,reduce overshoot,follow performance and response speed Some improvement has been achieved,and the corresponding filtering circuit in the hardware circuit has made the harmonics somewhat inhibited.
