With the rapid expansion of tunnel engineering,the methods and techniques have been improved,and the equipment have been updated with the times.The reasonable choosing and matching of construction machinery is the key to guarantee the construction efficiency and safety.Based on the geological condition and the construction requirement,drilling and blasting method is used to excavate highways and mountain tunnels,and shield tunneling method has been adopted widely in subway constructions and subsea tunnels.Firstly,the paper started with the analysis of drilling and blasting methods and blasting techniques applied to the different geological conditions and construction environments.The rock drilling equipment,slag discharge equipment,spray anchor equipment,lining equipment and other mechanical equipment are listed,the operation mode of the tunnel slag discharge line,tunnel shotcrete support line and tunnel secondary line are introduced,and the reasonable choosing and matching of construction machinery are analyzed.Secondly,considering the principle of shield tunneling method,the selection principle and selection method of shield types are analyzed.And the calculation process of cutter head,cutter type,shield diameter,shield thrust,shield torque and shield gap are selected.Finally,a software is designed to analyze the choosing and matching of construction machinery.The functions of calculation data,mechanical equipment selection,database update,and generation of supporting tables are developed to obtain the high ratio of performance to price of accessory project.The slag discharge equipment is used as an example to verify the effectiveness of the software.
