In recent years,with the rapid development of social and economy in China,residents' travel demand and scope are expanding,and the number of vehicles continues to rise.In particular,the popularity of private cars has brought a series of problems to urban traffic.Problems such as “traffic congestion” and “difficulties in parking” have frequently appeared on the traffic news page.Compared with other areas,the business circle has greater traffic attraction because of its special geographical location and comprehensive service functions.However,the development of high-intensity land has restricted the development of the paring facilities within the business circle.Therefore,the imbalance of parking “supply and demand” has inhibited the functioning and self-development of the city's business circle,and has also brought great pressure on the c surrounding urban traffic.The paper starts with the traffic characteristics of the city's business circle,and studies the parking needs and choice aspirations of drivers in business circle.On the basis of scientifically predicting the operation status of parking lots,the paper provides selection suggestions for individuals and provides a theoretical basis for parking planning and management in the business circle.Firstly,the paper conducts a detailed investigation on the traffic characteristics and parking characteristics of business circle,and further discusses the intrinsic links between “supply and demand” parking in business circle.After studying the process of parking induction in different modes,the factors affecting the driver's parking lot selection are analyzed.The paper establishes parking lot selection evaluation index set,and applies cluster analysis to cluster evaluation index.The evaluation indicators of parking options in the business circle are expressed in a quantitative manner,which is more convenient for the study of paring behavior.Secondly,taking the parking lot of SAGA International Shopping Center in Xi'an Xiaozhai business circle as an example,through the investigation and analysis of the parking laws of the vehicles,a Grey-Markov forecasting method is proposed for the parking berth prediction model.The model can accurately and effectively predict the maximum parking space in parking lots within the business circle.Then,based on the parking spaces in the business circle,the active parking lot selection model was established by using the combined weighting method of the evaluation index and the ranking based on the distance entropy when predicting the parking space berths.Finally,in order to verify the accuracy of the parking lot selection model,this paper takes a case study of a parking option in the Xiaozhai business circle.The research results in this paper are applied and transformed to verify the accuracy and reliability of the model.
