| Parking facilities are very important to the construction and development of urban centrial commercial district.Compared to the incease of urban economy,rhe constriction and management of urban parking lots on centrial commercial district has fallen behind and cause series of questions. So it has been one of the crucial problems of urban planning and construction.On the basis of summing up many theories relative to this area ,the author makes some beneficial research .The paper systematically of urban parking lots on centrial commercial district,such as investigating parking condition,predicating parking demands in the future and so forth. Every step in the planning and evaluation has been discussed. At the same time , the author provides some new ideas in the following three factors: parking policies,parking lots planningjaws and managments of parking lots.
