| With the increasing mileage of high-grade highways,traditional sweeping methods have been unable to thoroughly clean the debris left after the cold milling of asphalt pavements.Therefore,special cleaning equipment is needed to meet the requirements of engineering construction to solve the problem of picking up and dedusting of milling and planning material in the milling pit,greatly improving the efficiency of pavement milling operation and meeting the requirements of environmental protection.This thesis studies highly efficient dedusting system of the engineering sweeper to remove the milling debris based on the asphalt pavement construction,and the specific study is as follows:Firstly,we analyze the physical properties of dust particles and the parameters such as the velocity,direction and dust content ratio of the air flow,and study the correlation between the parameter setting and the dust removal efficiency.After combining the composition and particle size of the material,we conclude the principles and methods for dust removal from the engineering suction sweeper.At the same time,it also compares and analyzes the special working conditions and the dust removal efficiency of the engineering suction sweeper with the ordinary sweeper.Secondly,the system design is carried out according to the dust removal requirements of the engineering suction sweeper.The structural design and model analysis of the special sweeper such as the sweeping compound nozzle are performed.The trajectory analysis and power loss of the sweeper during the dust removal process are put forward.Then,we finish the modeling and parametric analysis of front robot nozzles and settling tanks,and grids and boundary conditions were set up for fluid simulation.The simulation results of different structural models are compared and the structural optimization was carried out to make the whole vehicle dedusting system efficiency higher.Finally,we summarize the structural design points and parameter selection range of the high efficiency dust removal system for the engineering suction sweeper.In this paper,we make a whole plan for the work objects and requirements of the dust removal system of the engineering suction sweeper,and complete the structure design,simulation and comparison optimization of the main working devices,which provide a theoretical reference for the research and development of this kind of products. |
