Research Of Mechanisms And System Design Of Dedusting In The Coal Handling System Of The Thermal Power Plant

Along with the new standard,some new problems appeared to removing dust inthe coal handling system of the thermal power plant .Dust can make damage to thebody, so dedusting is very important. Physics property of bug dust is analysed in thecoal handling system and all kinds of measures and mechanisms of clearing isresearched. So the measure of obturation and exhaust is taken as the main way andwet deduster is taken as the main equipment. A dust removing system which takesthe 4×600MW generate electricity sets for example is designed. It include gettingthe method which is decentralization an centralization and getting the places ofmaking dust and designing the cover and calculating capacity of exhausting andresistance of pipe net and designing pipe net etc. The type of deduster and blowerare chosen and control system is designed at last.
