The hammer type mine sweeper(also known as hammer chain mine sweeper)has the advantages of light weight,small power required,convenient operation and long service life.The power source on the vehicle will finally transmit the power to the mine sweeping drum,chain and hammer through hydraulic force.The interaction between high-speed rotation of the Minesweeper head and soil can realize the load transmission between cutting in soil and squeezing soil,and achieving the role of destroying and detonating mines,At the same time,it can remove all kinds of obstacles and be suitable for rapid mine clearance in complex terrain areas.It has been widely used in Europe and America,and has played an important role in the demining in the war since World War II and humanitarian demining in the period of peace.The research and development of hammer type mine sweeper in China is mainly based on experiments,lacking of theoretical research,which is far from the same equipment abroad.This paper takes the retired armored vehicle as the weapon mobile platform,and develops the hammer operation device of the hammer type mine sweeper according to the design index issued by the superior.This paper establishes the model of moving speed and drum speed of the mine sweeping drum from the kinematics of the moving parts of the mine.Based on the kinematics,the numerical simulation of the soil cutting process of the mine hammer head is carried out based on the SPH(smooth particle hydrodynamics)algorithm,and the soil cutting process of the Minesweeper head is simulated,and the operation efficiency and power demand of the minesweeping hammer head are analyzed,It provides the basis for the design and optimization of the hammer type mine sweeper.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The paper uses MATLAB software to model the dimension,speed and speed of chain hammer of mine sweeper,and analyzes the influence of traveling speed and roller speed on the effect of mine clearance from the kinematic point of view.(2)The simulation model of single hammer combined hammer cutting soil of hammer type minesweeper is established based on SPH algorithm.The parameters of the equivalent stress and strain distribution,cutting resistance and power consumption of the soil and chain of the mine sweeper during the process of hammer cutting are analyzed.(3)According to the actual condition of equipment transportation,the overall layout plan and the design scheme of mine sweeper are determined.The 3D Modeling Software Solidworks is used to model the mine drum assembly,the mine sweeping frame,the mine sweeping bracket and the boom,and complete the assembly.(4)The static analysis of the mine sweeper of the hammer type mine sweeper is carried out by ANSYS software.
