The main function of BMU is to take charge of the maintenance and cleaning of the external wall of the tall building.Currently,it has been widely used in the country because of its high safety,good economic benefits and complete functions.However,the design of BMU mainly adopts a single-piece design method,which is a specific model design of different building structures,thus reducing design work efficiency.However,the composition of the BMU that look different in shape is similar,and many parts are also versatile,which provides the possibility for computers to replace the manual calculations and drawing work during the design process.For this reason,The Cylinder-driven retractable BMU has developed auxiliary design software.The main tasks are as follows:Firstly,it introduces the main tools used to develop this software,and the main functions of the software.It also introduces the length calculation and strength calculation of the telescopic arm of Cylinder-driven retractable BMU,and discusses the punching or adding the board for the surplus stress value.Three different methods are used to test the strength calculation results.Secondly,the stability of the Cylinder-driven retractable BMU and the optimization of the pitch position of the pitching cylinder are discussed.At the same time,in the study of the stability calculation of the complete machine,the calculation ideas of the balance arm and the counterweight are explained.Using Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)algorithm,a complete optimization design idea and specific implementation method are proposed for the placement of the pitching cylinder hinge point.Finally,Assisted design software development for the cylinder-driven BMU is highlighted.It mainly describes the software development platform and the design process of the interface of the entire software.At the same time,the design process of the parts,components and the complete machine under the new design menu is introduced,and the outstanding problems encountered in the respective design processes are also explained separately,and specific solutions are provided.In the end,a detailed introduction of the design database and the gallery management menu,including the content contained below themenu,as well as the production methods and management ideas of these menus.Compared with previous design methods,the assisted design software development of Cylinder-driven retractable BMU which is form the project,not only can reduce the designer's workload,but also can improve the design accuracy,and computer technology in close cooperation.Decided its good development prospects.
