The Building Maintenance Unit(BMU)is mainly installed on the roof of high-rise buildings,which can realize the cleaning and maintenance function of building exterior walls,and has the advantages of high efficiency,high safety,high practicability and so on.It has been widely used in China.Through the study of the basic structure of BMU,the design of telescopic arm is particularly important,and many factors need to be considered.Therefore,the design of telescopic arm has become the main content of this topic.The traditional design method of telescopic arm of BMU usually has long design cycle,large workload and high cost.In order to meet the requirement of high efficiency design,this paper studies and develops the software for the assistant design and finite element analysis of the telescopic arm of luffing BMU.The main work of this project is as follows:Firstly,the structure of luffing BMU is introduced.The arm length calculation of the cylinder-driven telescopic arm and the motor-driven telescopic arm is mainly studied,and a complete set of calculation methods of the multi-stage telescopic arm is sorted out.Secondly,based on APDL parametric language,the finite element analysis of the telescopic arm of luffing BMU is carried out,and the complete APDL code for the finite element analysis of the telescopic arm is compiled,which provides the basis for the secondary development of ANSYS by C# program.Then,according to the relevant functional requirements,the core code of C# program is developed to realize the function of secondary development of ANSYS by C# program.At the same time,according to the function of each module of telescopic arm design and finite element analysis,the software form interface is built,including arm length design module,strength calculation module and finite element analysis module.Finally,through the complete process operation of the software,the research on the application example of the software of the telescopic arm aided design and finite element analysis of luffing BMU is completed.Finally,the design and analysis of the telescopic arm are realized,and the reliability of the software function is demonstrated.Compared with the traditional design method of the telescopic arm of BMU,the software developed in this paper can achieve high efficient design and finite element analysis of thescheme,greatly shorten the design cycle,improve the efficiency of the design,and have high practical value and development prospects.
