An aircraft tractor is a special vehicle for the airport,which is used to ensure the movement of the aircraft on the ground.At present,the aircraft tractor is developing in the direction of miniaturization,intelligence,energy saving and environmental protection,and single person operation.Our team has developed a new type of electric aircraft traction vehicle in cooperation with a factory.The partners is responsible for the mechanical design and assembly,and our side is responsible for the control system part of the tractor.(1)The first part of the paper introduces the development of aircraft tractor internally and externally.At the same time,the research contents and main works of the paper are explained.(2)The design of the embedded control system for the aircraft traction vehicle is carried out by the 32 bit MCU MK60FX512VLQ15 of NXP company.The control system is divided into two main parts: the hardware integration part and the software control part.The second part of the paper constructs the framework of control system.(3)The third part of the paper completes the hardware design of control system.The corresponding driving circuit is designed according to the control object,and the circuit schematic diagram and the PCB board design are carried out through Altium Designer.The design of the hardware of the control system is completed,the development board of the remote controller and the main board controller is developed.A remote control shell is designed with CATIA,The remote control shell is produced by 3D printing technology,and the finished remote controller product is designed after electronic assembly.The main board controller is installed in the interior of the aircraft tractor through electronic assembly.(4)The fourth part of the paper completes the software development of control system.Two parts of the control code have been completed.The remote controller completes the signal acquisition,and the main board controller completes the output configuration.(5)The last part is joint debugging after completion of control system.First,offline test is carried out.After off-line test is passed,the control system is mounted on the tractor to measure.After testing,the design of the tractor control system meets the design requirements of functionality and reliability.It has important research significance in the field of new type of aircraft traction vehicle control.
